Translated from Serbian. Prices, quotes from company websites and data are given in English for convenience; where the exact wording matters, the Serbian original applies.

The site is now also in English and Russian: all pages, the menu, tables, search and calculators. The translation is made from the Serbian pages every time the site changes, so numbers, prices and dates are the same in all three languages. Names of companies, models and regulations are not translated, and the CSV files for download stay in Serbian. Every translated page carries a note with a link to the Serbian original, which remains authoritative.
Company register split by type, with a separate page for each: charger installation (25 companies that explicitly offer installation on their website), charger sales (30 sellers with a public price), distributors and brands (11 distributors and a list of the brands in the register, 41 of them, with the companies that offer them), solar and charger and electricians. Each list comes with questions worth asking before installation or purchase. Each company's page now also shows which brands it offers, and the CSV company register has a new “brands” column.
Company register expanded from 42 to 45: after checking leads, Digital Hajduković (Sombor, wall chargers from 43.191 RSD incl. VAT), Jakov Sistem (Belgrade, ABB and Telwin) and Bazzar (marketplace) have been published. Their prices have also been added to the wallbox models table — now 57 prices from 23 sellers. Leads that do not sell home chargers (ProCharge, Energize, Gramper, Lampomanija, Big Bang, AZ Group) were rejected after checking and remain unpublished.
New: data downloads — the company register, electric car prices, wallbox device prices, the public charging price index and networks, all as CSV under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Each row comes with a link to the source and the check date.
City pages expanded: alongside Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš, pages for Subotica, Čačak and Kragujevac have been added. Each now also shows the companies that cover the city from outside (based on the coverage they publish themselves), the public charging networks that list that city and the EPS night-tariff hours for that part of Serbia. A company based in two cities now appears on both city pages.
On the electric car prices page each model now also has a photo — 64 images from Wikimedia Commons, under free licences, with the background removed and scaled to the same size; authors and licences are at the bottom of the page. The images are illustrative and do not necessarily show the version in the price list.
A language switcher (Serbian, English, Russian) was added to the header.
New site search (works without a server, searches all pages) and a “latest checks” block on the home page — which page was checked when, and when its next check is due.
New tool: who pays what for charging in a building — how much residents without a car pay for someone else's charging when the charger is connected to the shared meter, how much of that a flat fee covers, and in how many months a certified meter pays for itself (equipment prices 21.097–22.999 RSD from the register).
New page: wallbox models and prices — 45 publicly listed device prices from 20 sellers, sorted by power, with a note on VAT and the cable, and a comparison of prices for the same model at different sellers.
New page: household electricity prices — regulated EPS prices by zone and tariff with all fees, excise duty and VAT, night-tariff hours by region (Belgrade 24–8, Vojvodina 23–7, central Serbia 22–6, source: Elektrodistribucija Srbije) and the maths on what an electric car adds to the bill. Prices cross-checked against a second source (Danas, 01.10.2025).
New menu: drop-down sections Companies, Public charging, Data and Guides with all pages in one place, plus a shortcut to the calculator. On a phone the menu works as sliding cards.

New: cost calculator — home charging at EPS tariffs (with fees, excise duty and VAT), public chargers at prices from receipts, comparison with petrol and diesel at official fuel prices. The calculator has been added to the main menu.
New pages: electric car prices (66 models from 17 makes with importer prices, the maths after the subsidy, importers and showrooms), renting an electric car (rent-a-car, car sharing, taxi, long-term rental) and charging in the region (Croatia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro: prices, payment, Serbian apps, fast chargers on the road).
Public charging price index: prices from the Charge&GO, Orion eMobility and Emobility Spectra apps (editorial screenshots, 22.09.2026) and four receipts from the Charge&GO app. Older records from users and the media (2021–2025) moved to the price history on the network cards. Added a warning that the same charger has a different price in different apps (Charge&GO roaming in Orion) and a description of billing per “charging unit” at Emobility Spectra.
New section Public charging: cards for 11 networks, apps and hosts (Charge&GO, Orion eMobility, JP “Putevi Srbije”, Tesla, OMV, EasyPark, NIS/Gazprom, Emobility Spectra, eDrive, Lidl eCharge, Parking servis Beograd), an index of the latest publicly recorded prices with the per-kWh maths, free chargers and regulations (Article 210v of the Energy Law, the draft law on alternative fuels infrastructure). Methodology extended with rules for public charging prices.
Site reorganised into a guide to electric cars in Serbia: new home page, company register, city pages (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš), Data section, methodology, corrections, changelog. The guides are at /vodici/; the addresses of individual guides are unchanged.
Company register expanded from 20 to 42: added Orion eMobility, ProVision, Voltech, SP Solar, IT-Home, Andreja (solar-shop.rs), WISE Smart Home, Elektronapon, Elektro Centar Nais, EP Solutions, Praktiker (elektrowebshop.rs), Union Electronics/AVTERA, MDA E-Technology, EV Charging Solutions, Energy Net, Veming, OBD2 (evchargers.rs), KiBOST Car, Eko-Term, Conseko, Električar Niš, Handyman. Another 16 leads are awaiting a check and have not been published.
Price table: new group “installation only — electricians”; Telefon inženjering moved to the group with a public device price (web shop solarni-paneli.co.rs); ElektroMil moved to the electricians group; ChargeGo marked as the same legal entity as the Charge&GO network. STASANET and ChargeGo prices checked 22.09.2026 — no changes.
BlokVolt is an independent guide to electric cars in Serbia: companies, prices, procedures, regulations and figures — all with a source and a check date. The site is run by the team behind Evolako, which installs chargers itself; in comparisons it is marked as “our offer” and shown in the same columns as every other company.
