How to charge
- In the Emobility Spectra app, choose the location, charger and connector — or hold an RFID card against the charger's reader. Vehicles with AutoCharge only need to be plugged in.
- Plug in the connector when the app confirms that the charger is ready.
- After charging, the fiscal receipt is in the app and also arrives by e-mail.
- Payment
- Payment card with pre-authorisation (amount not published): after the session the actual amount is charged, and the bank releases the rest according to its own rules.

- On the ECO tariff: 10 minutes free of charge after charging, then an idle fee of 10,20 RSD/min.

Billing and fees
Combined billing: a price per “charging unit” (54–60 RSD, depending on the charger and the tariff) + 1,20 RSD per minute, VAT included (app, 04.10.2026). According to the explanation in the app, the unit is calculated by the charger from power, time and the charging profile; it is not a legally certified measurement and does not correspond exactly to consumption in kWh. Three AK Tasić chargers are free in the app (“Free of charge”).
ECO tariff: after charging ends, 10 minutes free of charge, then 10,20 RSD/min for occupying the bay. For the Battery Magic and GIORGIO Luxury chargers the app does not state an idle fee (22.09.2026).

Network: The size of the network is not published. In the app on 20.10.2026 (own locations, without roaming): JMEV CUBI (Novi Sad, 2× DC 90 kW), Hotel Zenit (Novi Sad, AC 13,8 kW, free), GIORGIO Luxury (Belgrade, AC 11 kW), Battery Magic (Valjevo, 2× DC 120 kW), the JKP Pijace i parkinzi garage (Zrenjanin, 2× DC 120 kW) and two chargers of the Tasić car dealership (Subotica DC 30 kW and Kragujevac DC 25 kW, free during opening hours). The AK Tasić Jagodina charger (visible on 04.10.2026) and CITY TAXI Novi Sad are no longer shown.
