How to open the file

UTF-8, the separator is a semicolon: in Serbian Excel the file opens with a double click. In Google Sheets: File → Import, separator “semicolon”. In Python: pandas.read_csv("blokvolt-firme.csv", sep=";").

Prices are numbers without thousands separators, and the currency is in the column name (cena_rsd, cena_od_eur). An empty field means the figure has not been published, not zero.

Licence

CC BY-NC 4.0: you may use and publish the data for non-commercial purposes, with the attribution “BlokVolt, blokvolt.rs”. Media and researchers may quote and publish the data in their articles and papers without separate permission. For commercial use, write to [email protected]. Tables downloaded before 06.10.2026 remain under the CC BY 4.0 licence. The charger locations on the map have a separate ODbL licence (OpenStreetMap): punjaci.json.

What the data is not

It is not official statistics. The tables contain what companies had published on the day of the check, with the date next to each row. Companies are not ranked or rated.
