Charging apps and cards
For most public chargers in Serbia, two apps are enough: Charge&GO and Orion eMobility.

At OMV and NIS petrol stations, the charger is run by one of these networks or by EasyPark. Which app applies is written on the charger itself.
Details: OMV and NIS petrol stations
- OMV (24 petrol stations, list dated 28.09.2026): at 19 stations payment is via Charge&GO, at 5 via the EasyPark app (Beška, Bubanj Potok, Novi Sad, Ražanj, Ruma). On the Charge&GO roaming map these 5 chargers are run by Orion eMobility, so check the sticker on the charger.
- NIS (page dated 14.08.2025): Charge&GO at the Novi Sad 16, Stari Banovci, Velika Plana and Sokolići 1 petrol stations; Orion eMobility at the Zmaj 1, Sokolići 2, Bački Vinogradi 1 and Krnješevci petrol stations.
- Charge&GO bills an idle fee after charging: the first 15 minutes are free, then 5 RSD for every minute or part of a minute. Cash is not accepted.
- Orion eMobility reserves 2.000 RSD (AC) or 4.000 RSD (DC) on the payment card during charging.
What is an RFID card
An RFID card is not a payment card and holds no money. It is the key to your account with one network: the charger reads the card number, and the charging is billed to the account the card is linked to.
A card is handy when your phone has no signal or battery. Charge&GO sends the card by courier within 2–3 working days, already linked to your account. Orion eMobility issues one on request. The networks do not publish the price of the card.
Does one card work everywhere
No. A card works only where its issuer has an agreement with the charger's owner, directly or through a roaming platform such as Hubject. Charging via roaming usually costs more than in the network's own app.
Charge&GO with roaming switched on covers the most chargers: its own network and the Orion eMobility chargers. Roaming is activated on request. That the state-owned chargers are free has been confirmed only in the Orion eMobility app.

- Orion eMobility: own and state-owned chargers — yes, the state ones free of charge. Emobility Spectra and Tesla — no.
- Emobility Spectra: own chargers only; roaming has been announced.
- Lidl in Liman (Novi Sad): any RFID card starts it, without an app. Charging is free for up to 60 minutes a day, from 08 to 22 h.
- Foreign cards: Electromaps Electropass works on at least one Charge&GO charger. In 2024 the German EWE Go card started a charging session on an Orion eMobility charger. There is no confirmation for other foreign cards in Serbia.
- Tesla Supercharger in Belgrade (AVA Shopping Park, near IKEA) and Aleksinac: the car starts the charging, no card is used.
In practice
- Before a trip, install Charge&GO and Orion eMobility and add a payment card.
- In the Charge&GO app the price is shown before you start and applies to the whole session. Without an account the price may be higher.
- On the charger map, every card shows the network and the price. Tesla owners can switch on “I have a Tesla”.
- Where charging is free: free chargers.
