EPS prices for households on guaranteed supply apply from 01.10.2025 and include network access, but not the fees, excise duty and VAT. With everything added, one kilowatt-hour from the meter costs:

For comparison: at public fast chargers a kilowatt-hour came to 43–79 RSD on our receipts, and at the free state-run chargers on the motorways charging is not billed for now — see public charging and free chargers.
At home: kWh price = (energy price for the zone and tariff + renewable energy fee 0,801 RSD + energy efficiency fee 0,015 RSD) × excise duty 7,5 % × VAT 20 %. Energy used from the meter = kilometres × consumption ÷ 100 × (1 + losses). Higher approved power: 60,8947 RSD per kW a month, 78,55 RSD with excise duty and VAT. Fixed items you pay even without a car (supplier charge, public broadcasting fee) are not included.
Public chargers: kWh the car receives × price per kWh. Operators in Serbia bill per minute, so the price per kWh is a calculation: the average of four receipts from the Charge&GO app, August–September 2026 (43–79 RSD/kWh).
Fuel: kilometres × consumption ÷ 100 × price per litre (maximum retail prices published by the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade; they change every Friday).
What is not included: the price of the car and the subsidy (electric car prices), the vehicle use tax, which is not paid for an electric car (registration and taxes), insurance (third-party liability by kW), maintenance, motorway tolls (electric vehicles get a 10 % discount with electronic toll collection — tolls and parking) and the home charger (who sells and installs them).
