The amounts are before bonus-malus (the no-claims discount). The last general increase in AO premiums, of 12–15 %, took effect on 01.01.2023 (Biznis.rs, 18.01.2023); we have not found any more recent increases, but check the price list with your insurer before buying a policy.
What this means for an electric car: many electric cars have more than 110 kW and are then charged in the top band — more than a petrol car at the same price with a weaker engine. You can find your model's power in the vehicle registration certificate or the COC document. “Not mentioned” means the website has no special terms — not that the insurer does not insure electric vehicles. Asking for a quote is the only way to get a price.
Before signing a comprehensive policy, ask whether it covers: the battery in a road accident, the charging cable and the home charger (damage and theft), transport to a workshop that can repair an electric car, and a replacement vehicle (ITNetwork, 30.04.2025).
