Free chargers in Serbia
Free charging in Serbia exists mostly on motorways, where payment is not yet regulated by law.

- Motorways: 36 state-owned chargers, 27 working now — free, with the Orion eMobility app
- IKEA Belgrade: 2 AC 22 kW chargers, free, card at the information desk from 10 to 21
- Lidl in Liman (Novi Sad): free every day 08–22, at most 60 minutes a day
- Parking servis garages in Belgrade: charging is not billed, parking is paid
- Tesla Superchargers in Belgrade and Aleksinac: Tesla vehicles only, free according to drivers

Motorways
According to the JP "Putevi Srbije" list (checked 28.10.2026): 27 chargers work, 4 are currently out of service, 5 are being connected and 3 more are planned on new sections. Power is DC 40–120 kW, with AC 22 kW at most sites. Charging fees are not regulated by law; rules are being prepared.

IKEA, Belgrade
In the IKEA car park in Belgrade, in row A9, there are two AC 22 kW chargers (Type 2). Charging is free. You get the charging card at the information desk with your ID card, from 10 to 21 h.
Tesla Supercharger
In Belgrade (AVA Shopping Park, near IKEA) there are 8 stalls of up to 250 kW, and in Aleksinac 4 stalls of up to 125 kW. They are open 0–24, for Tesla vehicles only. Tesla does not publish a price for Serbia; according to drivers, charging is free (2022–2024, also confirmed in September 2026), but it may become paid without notice.
Lidl, Novi Sad
Ive Andrića 16: DC up to 20 kW (CCS and CHAdeMO) and AC 11 kW. It is started with any RFID card or the Lidl eCharge app. The terms date from 2022 and were confirmed in 2024.
Parking servis garages, Belgrade
The Obilićev venac garage has 6 spaces with an AC 22 kW charger (Type 2); the cable is kept by the security staff.

Data from 2021: there are also chargers in the Pionirski park garage (2) and at the International Customs Terminal (2 + 6 for goods vehicles); parking cost 100 RSD per hour or part of an hour for electric cars and 120 RSD for other cars. The price for 2026 has not been confirmed. Parking servis.

Shopping centres and hotels were listed as free in 2021–2022, with no more recent confirmation. Check the status in the app before your trip.
