“Wallbox with installation” prices on the market look like a lottery — until you know what lies behind them. Here is how to read quotes, what a complete price must include and what it realistically costs in 2026.

Short answer: a complete 11 kW wallbox with installation in Serbia costs about 95.000–130.000 RSD including VAT. The difference between quotes is rarely in the device itself — it is almost always in the circuit, the protection, the meter, the test certificate and the paperwork.
Because “a wallbox” and “a wallbox you are allowed to switch on in a building” are not the same thing. The device itself is the smaller part of the job — the real cost and the real quality lie in what surrounds it: the dedicated circuit from your meter, the protection, the metering and the paperwork. Two quotes with the same figure can differ by a whole test certificate, a whole RCD and a whole meter.
A quote without a test certificate, without RCD protection or without a meter is not cheaper — it is just incomplete. You will pay the difference later: at the residents' assembly, with the insurer or at the first fault.

For home charging — almost never. At 11 kW a 60–70 kWh battery charges in six to seven hours, so overnight, every night. More powerful AC charging at home rarely makes sense: it requires a higher-capacity connection, and many cars do not even support it on the AC side.
An 11 kW wallbox needs a three-phase installation — whether you have one is checked during the assessment (with us: a site visit within 48h, 3.500 RSD credited towards the installation price). If there is no three-phase connection, Start works straight away on an ordinary single-phase installation: 2,3–3,7 kW means 100–180 km of range overnight, enough for a week of city driving — and the wallbox can come later.
