Ratings and comments: the rules

A report and a rating appear straight away, but a comment with a link, a contact or a rude word only after review. The rules are the same for everyone, drivers and companies alike.

What you can post

The charger's status, a rating from 1 to 5, a short comment of up to 500 characters and a name or nickname, if you like. The most useful comment is about the charging itself: the connector, the power, the price in the app, how to find the charger.

What is not published

  • personal data: other people's names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, licence plates;
  • ads, links to sales and messages written by a company about itself or its competitors;
  • insults, threats and hate speech;
  • photos in which faces or licence plates are clearly visible, and photos you did not take yourself.

How the review works

  • A comment with a link, contact details (e-mail address, phone number) or a rude word waits for review before it is published. The same applies when a link or a rude word is in the name or nickname.
  • The status and rating from that report appear immediately; only the comment text waits.
  • Reviews are done by the site's editor, usually within a few days. Content that breaks the rules is removed.
  • Below every comment there is a “Report an inappropriate comment” link. A comment reported by three visitors is hidden until it is reviewed again, and a photo after two reports.

Companies and networks

Companies and networks cannot remove drivers' ratings, except those that break the rules. A company that thinks a report is wrong can send its explanation through the page for companies.

Rights to the content

By posting you give BlokVolt a non-exclusive, free permission to show the report, comment or photo on the site. The copyright stays with you.

Ask by e-mail to have your report or photo deleted (how). All the rules are on the Rules for reports and photos page.

Details: how the rating is calculated

The average rating is the average of all ratings for that charger, to one decimal place, with the number of ratings shown next to it. A rating is optional, so a report without stars does not count towards the average. The card shows the eight latest reports.
