Removing a comment or photo

Step by step: a report, comment or photo

1. On the map, open the charger and tap “Share”. The link to its card is copied, or the share menu opens.
2. Write an e-mail to [email protected] and paste the link into it.
3. Give the approximate time it was posted and what should be removed: the whole report, only the comment, or the photo.
4. If the comment was posted with a nickname, give the nickname and the beginning of the text, so that the report is easier to find.

A request to delete personal data is answered without delay, and within 30 days at the latest.

Someone else's comment or photo

Report a comment that breaks the rules with the “Report an inappropriate comment” link below it. For a photo, open it and tap “Report the photo”.

A comment reported by three visitors is hidden until it is reviewed again, and a photo after two reports. The rules are on the Rules for reports and photos page.

Favourite chargers and “I have a Tesla”

• To remove a charger from favourites, tap the star at the top of its card again (“Remove from favourites”).
• The whole list and the “I have a Tesla” choice are deleted when you clear the data of www.blokvolt.rs in your browser. The site does not have them, so it cannot delete them for you.

As for accounts

The site has no accounts or registration, so there is no account to delete. The Android app is removed like any other app, and the icon on iPhone with a long press on it.

Messages sent through the forms are kept for at most 12 months after the last contact. On request they are deleted earlier, unless the law requires keeping them longer. More in the privacy policy.

What to send

• a link to the charger, or its name and place;
• the approximate time it was posted;
• what should be removed and, if there is one, the nickname and the beginning of the comment;
• an e-mail address for the reply; this is the address you are writing from.
