Step by step: iPhone and iPad

1. Open www.blokvolt.rs in Safari.
2. Tap “Share”, the square with an arrow pointing up. If that button is not in the toolbar, tap “⋯”, then “Share”.
3. Choose “Add to Home Screen”. If you do not see the option, scroll down the menu. Confirm with “Add”.
4. The BlokVolt icon opens the site full screen, without the address bar.

There is no BlokVolt app in the App Store yet.

Step by step: computer

1. Open www.blokvolt.rs in Chrome or Edge.
2. Click the install icon at the end of the address bar, or choose “Install BlokVolt” in the menu. In newer versions of Chrome, this item may be in the submenu for saving and sharing.
3. Confirm the installation. BlokVolt then opens in its own window, like a program.

What you get

• Always the latest content: the icon opens the site, so there is nothing to update.
• Pages you opened recently also work without internet. For the others, “No internet connection” is shown.
• Your phone asks for your location for “Near me” only when you press that button.
• No ads, and no permissions requested in advance.

Android without an APK file

On an Android phone, the site can work as an app without downloading a file. Open www.blokvolt.rs in Chrome, then in the ⋮ menu choose the item for installing the app or adding it to the home screen. The app from the APK file is described separately: Android (APK).

How to remove the icon

On iPhone and iPad, you remove the icon like any other: with a long press on it. On a computer, open BlokVolt, then choose the uninstall option in the window's menu. The site stays available in the browser, as before.
