Fast charging in Serbia: from 43 to 79 dinars per kWh
According to receipts from Charge&GO fast chargers in August and September, a kWh cost from 43 to 79 dinars.

Charge&GO, the largest network of public chargers in Serbia, bills charging by the minute, according to the charger's power. In the app on 22 September, the price ranged from 16,67 RSD/min on a 22 kW AC charger to 126,67 RSD/min on a 240 kW DC charger.
How many kWh go into the battery in one minute depends on the car, the state of the battery and the temperature. That is why the price per kWh is different for every driver. On four receipts from DC chargers, it came to between 43 and 79 RSD per kWh. The most expensive kWh was on a short 4,43 kWh session at a 60 kW charger where a minute costs 58,33 RSD.
For comparison, at home at night a kWh costs about 4–7 RSD with all fees and taxes, according to EPS tariffs.
What it means
On a charger that bills by the minute, it pays to charge while the car accepts full power. In most cars, power drops after about 80 % battery: a minute then costs the same, but fewer kWh go into the battery.
