For companies: correcting details in the register

Which form to use

• Correction: for an error in data that already appears on your public page. Choose “Company details” or “Public charging network or charging price”, describe the error and add a link. No need to introduce yourself.
• For companies and networks: for new details, prices without a public price list, charger locations, a logo, a new listing or removal of a listing. You will need the company name, your name and role in the company, a business e-mail and confirmation that you represent the company.

Step by step: the page for companies

1. Choose the type: home charger and installation company, public charging network, equipment seller or other.
2. Enter the company name and the link to your page on BlokVolt, or write that the company is not on the site yet.
3. Tick what you are sending: a correction of details, prices and terms, charger locations, a logo or removal of the listing.
4. In the “Data” field, write what should be changed or added, with a link to the source. Send the logo and price list later, as an attachment to the e-mail that replies to you.
5. Enter your name, role and business e-mail — fastest from an address on the company's domain. Confirm that you represent the company and press “Send”.

How it is published

The message is checked before publication. Data sent by a company is marked “according to the company” with a date. A price without a public price list is shown only after the company confirms it in writing.

After sending, the form confirms that the message has been received. Every change is recorded in the changelog.

Rules that apply to everyone

• Listing is free, positions and ratings are not for sale, and there are no paid placements.
• The same columns apply to every company: public price, installation, meter, assembly paperwork, service and warranty. “Not mentioned” only means that it is not on the company's page.
• Promotional texts are not published, and the comparison method does not change for a single company.
• A company can ask for its entry to be removed without giving a reason; a logo is removed on request.
• Drivers' reports and ratings are not deleted at a company's request, unless they break the rules. The company can send its own explanation.

What to send

• a link to your page on BlokVolt;
• what is changing, in exact words and figures, with the price marked “incl. VAT” or “excl. VAT”;
• a link to the public price list or the page with the information;
• a contact on the company's domain.
